Vyas Residency (completed in 2010)

During December 2008, we launched our first Residential Apartment Project "Vyas Residency” at Vedvyas Chowk, Rourkela with 56 number of flats. All the flats were booked in the first phase itself with huge response. The project was handed over to all the respective allottees well within the committed time limit.

Vyas Tower (completed in 2011)

In December 2009, along with Vyas Residency, Vyas tower, a beautiful addition to the whole lot in “Vyas Complex” at Vedyas Chowk, Rourkela was launched by us. The tower itself is one of the finest examples of Modern commercial complexes with all the modern amenities and facilities.

Sharing the venue of the tower with its high aesthetics and decorative look is adding to the whole charm and is one of the significant landmarks. Existence of Union Bank, Garments Showroom, Departmental Store, Educational institutes, Offices of industrialists in the tower are a proof of its success.

Pearl Heights (completed in 2013)

This prestigious apartment at Rourkela Town Unit No. 40, Panposh, was launched in June 2011, which includes 48 no’s of 2, 3, & 4BHK type of flats. A project of its own kind, in an oasis layout pattern with basic amenities and other Orchid Palace (completed in 2015) facilities was booked with huge positive response from people. This project was completedin 2013, and all the flats are handed over to the residents.

Vedic City (completed in 2013)

A Duplex row-housing project containing 19 villas near Rourkela Airport in front of the holy Shree Balaji Venkatesh Temples with lush green environment all around and surrounded by all the basic facilities. The project was completed in time, handed over to the occu-pants, and right now being fully used by the residents.

Orchid Palace (completed in 2015)

Panorama (completed in 2016)

Our first project in Jagda. “Panorama” Apartment consists of 36 flats. Located in-front of MGM English Medium School, Jagda, Rourkela. Completed within the time limit.It is pertinent to mention that the property showed appreciation from 30% to 35% during course of construction. All the units are handed over to the residents in 2016.
